Tower House Office Costs

Your Office Rental will include the following services:

Office furniture, all heating, electricity, power supply, security, water rates, business rates, building insurance, daily cleaning and general maintenance.

Costs are calculated on a square foot basis.

Additional services such as photocopying, fax, boardroom hire and secretarial services, mail forwarding etc. are available at an extra charge.

We normally draw up tenancy agreements for a period of 24 months but as the agreements are outside the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 we require only one months notice of vacation. Rent reviews are six monthly and rent is payable monthly in advance. A minimum of two weeks is required for a new lease to be drawn up, however, if an immediate occupancy is required, provided the deposits are in place and a declaration is signed in front of a solicitor, you can move in straight away.

The equivalent of two months rent, (no VAT), will be required as a deposit + 1 months rent. A single fee of £150 charged for all initial administrative costs.

Broadband Points first computer £40.00 per month
Extra computers £20.00 per month

IT support charged separately if required

All Call charges BT rate i.e. 6.73 National 3.36 Local 0800hrs to 1800hrs

The telephone can be answered in your Company name and messages received for you at a cost from £60.00pcm +VAT
